This open concept condo with 2 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, a fully-stocked kitchen, high-speed internet and Smart TVs, offers plenty of room to relax or pursue your business in TC. Just a quick jaunt to local beaches, downtown restaurants, theatres, and both peninsulas for your daily excursions.

This modern condo is on the 1st floor of the Trailside45 building, located next to the paved TART trail. This updated condo features newer appliances, furniture and plenty of amenities. Enjoy an open layout with a fully stocked kitchen, an island with extra seating for gathering, and the dining banquette for enjoying a cup of coffee or getting some work done. You can walk/bike/drive to downtown Traverse City (TC), beaches and restaurants. Rent an ebike from Pedego and zip up to Suttons Bay or Elk Rapids. Multiple skiing, snowmobiling and snow sledding options nearby. Great all season place to stay! A private chef is available if you want a personalized dinner for your group. The banquette also seats 4 and is a comfy spot to get some work done while you have TV on in the background.

Living Room

Relax in the cozy living room after a day on the road. It features a comfy sofa (which can convert into a Queen sofa bed at night), a 55” Smart TV, an electric fireplace and a large collection of board games that everyone will love.

The building has a spacious and well appointed community room that is available on the 4th floor. Bike locker rooms are located near the elevators on each floor.
